Chuck Clement assumed the role of Managing Director of North America July 1, 2016.
Concurrently, he serves on the Experity Board of Directors, after having served as President & CEO/Shareholder for five years ushering in financial stability and profitability.
Chuck was most recently the COO of James River Wealth Advisors, a financial planning and money management firm with over $200,000,000 AUM and 500+ clients. He was the CEO/shareholder of Andesa Services, a COLI TPA for fortune 100 life insurance companies. Chuck led the development of state of the art COLI software administration systems processing over $37 billion of investments daily. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Companies growing the company profitably from $50 to $175 million revenue. He earned an MBA from VCU, MS from VA Tech, Chartered Life Underwriter, Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Talent Steward credentials.
Chuck enjoys work, especially securing the talent and tools to grow companies and service clients.
While work is not really “work,” Chuck enjoys quality time with Susan for 42 years, a smattering of fly-fishing and the growth and success of our children + 2 grandsons!
