Mike began his career in the UK in 1985 where he started to build his leadership and business experience. He worked initially in the hospitality industry moving into retail in the 1990’s. He held several senior management positions both in Europe and the Middle East developing his ability to drive major change, growth and development in organisations. In 2004, Mike moved to the Middle East and was able to utilise this knowledge and expertise as a senior manager working in large local and International organisations. In these organisations he worked at strategy execution and people development in order to optimise growth and profitability.
Over his years as a senior manager, Mike developed a passion for learning and development and has a reputation for developing high performing teams and
managing performance, especially during challenging economic times. This led him to set up his own company, Mike Hoff Consulting based in Dubai.
He has a proven strength in energising teams towards strategic goals and getting them moving in one direction, aligning them to the overall strategy of the
business. Additionally, Mike has been successful through his coaching and mentoring efforts, in developing individuals to their full potential. His energetic style, passion for people development and effectiveness coupled with an in depth understanding of business at both a strategic and operational level creates

Mike runs his businesses along with his wife, Claire. They both enjoy the outdoors and travel in particular anything that involves Scuba diving where they are both PADI dive professionals at Divemaster and Instructor levels.

Biography of Majid Kianpour
Majid is a professional entrepreneur with the passion for management consulting. He spent his 12 first years of his professional career in two international companies TOTAL and Henkel in both HR technical positions as well as leadership of the HR department in the country level. He has always been involved in closing the gap between HQ culture and best practices locally by being in charge of either development or restructuring and transformation projects.
He then started his own firm in IRAN in 2011, which is now the top of mind of clients as well professionals when it comes to Leadership Development and Business Performance.

Biography of Claire Donnelly

Claire is an MCIPD qualified Human Resource professional, with 25+ years’ experience working within various industries and 10 + years’ experience of HR practices throughout the Middle East. As a HR Generalist she has held a number of senior and Board level HR positions. She is experienced in working at both strategic and tactical levels.
Claire is also a Gazelles Certified International Coach and works as an SME business mentor, helping the founders and CEO build their Company to last and grow in a sustainable way.
Claire’s experience is in setting up a strong Growth Plans and implementing systems in the whole company for the flawless execution of the plan. She helps HR departments to develop and implement strong strategies to attract, develop and retain great people.
