Mike began his career in the UK in 1985 where he started to build his leadership and business experience. He worked initially in the hospitality industry moving into retail in the 1990’s. He held several senior management positions both in Europe and the Middle East developing his ability to drive major change, growth and development in organisations. In 2004, Mike moved to the Middle East and was able to utilise this knowledge and expertise as a senior manager working in large local and International organisations. In these organisations he worked at strategy execution and people development in order to optimise growth and profitability.
Over his years as a senior manager, Mike developed a passion for learning and development and has a reputation for developing high performing teams and
managing performance, especially during challenging economic times. This led him to set up his own company, Mike Hoff Consulting based in Dubai.
He has a proven strength in energising teams towards strategic goals and getting them moving in one direction, aligning them to the overall strategy of the
business. Additionally, Mike has been successful through his coaching and mentoring efforts, in developing individuals to their full potential. His energetic style, passion for people development and effectiveness coupled with an in depth understanding of business at both a strategic and operational level creates
a unique blend.
Mike is a Certified International Coach where he works with the variety of tools and methodologies to tailor to the needs of you and your company.
Mike runs his businesses along with his wife, Claire. They both enjoy the outdoors and travel in particular anything that involves Scuba diving where they are both PADI dive professionals at Divemaster and Instructor levels.

Krysta is an Australian business leader, transformation expert and leadership trainer, with significant executive level experience. Her expertise as a driver of business results, includes six years as Executive Director of the DMCC free zone leading a team of 160 employees through a major business transformation. She was responsible for a business community of 15,000 companies, comprised 75% SMEs. During the first 18 months in her role at DMCC, the free zone was named Global Free Zone of the Year for SMEs and overall by the Financial Times’ Group, an honour retained throughout her tenure.
Living and working in Dubai for 13 years, Krysta’s style is honest, fun and focused. She cares deeply about people, and creates collaboration, empowerment and support systems in every situation. Seeing the benefits to business growth, Krysta is a prolific connector, creative thinker and practitioner – it inspires her to share her diverse experience to help others.
Alongside her passion for people, is a great affinity for digital transformation. During her tenure at DMCC she led a total digital transformation, creating efficiency, customer focus and connectivity. Her business experience includes strategic leadership, digital transformation, financial management, customer service, sales, operations and business development. She has led commercial negotiations on the international stage and created partnerships and strategic alliances across multiple industries. Krysta is also an experienced presenter and spokesperson.
As a board member of CPA Australia (CPA), Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Fred Hollows Foundation, she has worked alongside fellow board members to create growth. She holds a Masters’ level degree in both Accounting and Business Administration, together with a Bachelor of Economics. In addition, she is a Graduate of the AICD and a Fellow CPA.

Biography of Darren Carrington
Darren Carrington is a confident but grounded, versatile facilitator, trainer, executive coach and mentor. He is the consummate professional who is extremely personable and prides himself on his passion, patience and laser focussed approach to his work. His mission in any given assignment is to assist his clients in identifying and capitalising on their key skills and strengths.
Darren has a wealth of expertise spanning more than 20 years and is proud to claim international proficiency across numerous industry sectors including Broadcast Media, Oil & Gas, Banking, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical and Hospitality to name a few. He has worked as a dedicated coach for 11 high potentials at the UAE’s 3rd largest bank on their 6 month Al Masar coaching programme – a fast track career development programme for UAE Nationals, 3 of whom were promoted as a direct result.
