Chuck Clement assumed the role of Managing Director of North America July 1, 2016.
Concurrently, he serves on the Experity Board of Directors, after having served as President & CEO/Shareholder for five years ushering in financial stability and profitability.
Chuck was most recently the COO of James River Wealth Advisors, a financial planning and money management firm with over $200,000,000 AUM and 500+ clients. He was the CEO/shareholder of Andesa Services, a COLI TPA for fortune 100 life insurance companies. Chuck led the development of state of the art COLI software administration systems processing over $37 billion of investments daily. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Companies growing the company profitably from $50 to $175 million revenue. He earned an MBA from VCU, MS from VA Tech, Chartered Life Underwriter, Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Talent Steward credentials.
Chuck enjoys work, especially securing the talent and tools to grow companies and service clients.
While work is not really “work,” Chuck enjoys quality time with Susan for 42 years, a smattering of fly-fishing and the growth and success of our children + 2 grandsons!
Sandra F. Anders (“Sandy”) has been in the educational and business world for over 40 years. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Longwood College (now known as Longwood University) and her Master’s Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
She taught business classes at the high school level for 14 years and then transitioned into the business world where she held numerous financial and management roles for over 20 years in the home health industry. She currently serves as a consultant for her former employer and enjoys analyzing processes, identifying issues, and coming up with solutions.
Married to Paul F. Anders, Jr., for over 30 years, she resides in the small town of Rice, just outside of Farmville, in the beautiful state of Virginia. Her family includes three sons, two daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren. Her passion is teaching, both in the secular and sacred worlds. She is actively involved in her church and desires to bring the principles taught by Jesus into the lives of everyone she meets.
Preston Dunn has been working in the business world as a technical liaison to business and working with startup organizations & ideas. Having a undergraduate and graduate degree in Business areas, his passion to help companies is supported by his strong understanding of many industries with the ability to always learn and grow more for the benefit of his clients.
His company, Dunn’s Group, focuses to work with SME businesses to help them achieve their organizational goals while also working to solve complex and potential road blocks in their organization.
