Over 20 years corporate experience in IT Companies and Telecom multinational company, with different experiences and skills in programming, product management, business development, IT management, Technical General Manager Assistance, Support & Training Management, Sales Management and Country Management positons. She experienced with, various business challenges, different leadership styles, team development needs, and the challenges to implement organizational change as well as the professional and personal impediments that employees may face at the workplace.
She completed international professional Coaching programs about life, corporates, executives and relationship system coaching. And she has CPCC, ECCD, PCD Certificates and has PCC, ASC Accreditations.
Since five years she is working as a professional coach, trainer and consultant for leveraging corporate and executive coaching experience to challenge and empower leaders and their teams to make sustainable change, internally from within, and in their interaction with others. At the same time she is one of the faculty member of Noble Manhattan Coaching Scholl as a trainer & Mentor.

For many years, she has also participated in the TUSİAD KalDer Turkish Excellence Award process as an assessor and lead assessor, and has had the chance to witness many companies in their journey to excellence. She is the president of the TSE MTC 135 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Mirror Committee. She also works as an assesor in the accreditation activities of engineering programs conducted by the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Engineering Programs (MUDEK).
