Iulian graduated the Faculty of Mechanics “Dunarea de Jos” from Galati, in 1992 as thermal engines engineer. After 3 years of practicing his profession working in SIDEX steel factory, he has decided to switch his career choosing to explore the sales world. His work experience for more than 15 years in the multinational corporate environment at Coca Cola, CONNEX and VODAFONE Romania, gave him the opportunity to live the major changes that influenced the managers behaviors, the organizational culture and the operational performance. In order to succeed in front of these challenges Iulian dedicated himself to enhance his business education by a continuous personal and professional development process that was considered by him to be the most important activity in the life of a man.
Iulian has followed several stages of training in management and coaching. Thus, in 2002 he graduated the Professional Diploma in Management provided by CODECS-The Open University UK. In 2005 he graduated the Personal Leadership Coaching System – Future Achievement USA and in 2012 he graduated the Practitioner Coach Diploma – Noble Manhattan Coaching UK. Each of us has one hobby. Some even make it the passion. My passion is WORKING! It is very interesting because it realized that nobody likes to work in other words everyone likes to do nothing but work but I tried and I even managed to turn work into something fun.
In over two decades of work I discovered my principles, I learned some guidance in daily life. I started my career as a young engineer with activities that have a strong relational side. As a service engineer I understand it is very important that the CUSTOMER and his needs not only in terms of work done well and cared for him – I do not actually called that but he knew he had to do to make a professional – but and in terms of relationships to it. Later, working for a global company things went on I discovered how important SHAREHOLDER regarding decisions that I had to take them. Lowest goods or bad it directly affects him, which his profit only works in supply. And it occurred to me to ask two guiding stars: Customer and Shareholder. For more than ten years my respect for them guided decisions, understanding that through continuous improvement and self-education you can thank those stars who actually to define the global climate.
In more than 18 years as a bank manager, I proved that I could successfully lead teams of tens or hundreds of people and large projects, which impacted the entire organization. Crisis situation asked for tough decisions and assuming responsibility, I have always done it successfully. One of my greatest satisfactions comes from helping people learn and grow, and develop successful careers as bank or business managers.
Passionate about Learning and Business Development, I work on my mission to guide my clients in order to achieve their great potential using training and coaching as my favorite tools.
I have 10 years of experience in training and coaching, working for banking and direct selling industry. For more than 2000 hours of training I have worked with more than 1000 different business owners or individuals to help them increase the value of their business, but also their personal skills.
For next decade my plan is to help at least 100 SMEs all over the world to double the value of their business. I love to travel and I have a huge curiosity in cultural differences and local (maybe traditional) business strategies. I love connecting ideas I collect from every country I go to and give inspirational ideas to those how need them.
I use my creativity to make people find new ideas, new tools and a new way to grow their business.
